  • Full use of Chandelier Room (includes all tables and gold Chiavari chairs with cushions) for wedding and reception.
  • Access to Something Blue Bridal Suite, Groom Suite, & Parent Suite
  • Tables (60” round, 6’ and 8’rectangular)
  • Full décor package that includes linens (tablecloths and napkins), centerpieces, chargers, wedding arbor with draping and florals, welcome sign, card and gift sign, card box, cake table, cake cutting set, toasting glasses.
  • Day of coordination services with 8 hours of access to the venue.

Wedding for up to 175 guests: $2500 plus tax

Micro-WeddingS

For 50 guests or less: $2500 plus tax

INCLUDES:
  • Full use of Chandelier Room (includes all tables and gold Chiavari chairs with cushions) for wedding and reception.
  • Access to Something Blue Bridal Suite, Groom Suite, & Parent Suite
  • Tables (60” round, 6’ and 8’rectangular)
  • Full day of venue access, starting at 8 a.m.
  • You can add a décor package ranging from $1050 to $3850.

Policies

If you are doing a late day event, Friday and Saturday events must end, by 11, last call will be at 10, all participants must vacate building by 12. Sunday events must end by 10, last call will be at 9, all participants must vacate building by 11.

BYOB | BARTENDERS | SECURITY

ALCOHOL POLICIES

When serving beer, wine or alcohol security must be present and be on site when service begins. You are permitted to purchase and bring in your own. Security is $45.00/hour, with a minimum of 4 hours.

If you are having a BYOB party a bartender is not necessary. However, if you are doing a full-service bar, you must use our bartender(s), which is $500 for 5 hours, $25 for each additional hour. You may also hire a licensed/certified bartender(s) or have a mobile bartending company.

How many Guests can you accommodate?  

We can accommodate up to 175 guests! 

What’s your guest minimum?

No guest minimum! If you’re planning a micro-event, reach out and we are happy to put together a custom package for you. 

Do you offer outdoor ceremonies? 

Yes! We have an outdoor space available seasonally and weather permitting

Can you flip the room from Ceremony to reception? 

Yes! Your guests do not have to be seated at their tables during your Ceremony. We are happy to shut the doors for cocktail hour and transform the room! 



Can we drop off our decorations early? 

Pending availability of other events that may be happening, yes. We ask that you please contact us ahead of time to make arrangements. 



Can we bring in our own food? 

You are welcome to bring in any outside catering of your choosing! If you choose not to use a licensed caterer, we kindly ask that you display that the food was personally provided or prepared.
